Occupational Health & Safety careers are challenging and offers much scope for learning

A professional course on occupational health & safety teaches students about the various occupational risks associated with various services and the precautions that one needs to take in order to over come such risks. Once a candidate completes his occupational health and safety program, he immediately becomes eligible to be an OH&S professional.

Eligibility conditions

It could even be completed within a period of six months.

Fasting To Lose Weight

The Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet

There are many different fasting methods that can be used in order to lose weight and detoxify the system. My favorite two are “Juicing” fresh fruits and vegetables  and “The Master Cleanse”. (I will focus on Juicing and its benefits on my next post).

I found out about the master cleanse a few years back and was very intrigued by all the wonderful health, detox, and weight loss benefits individuals were getting from going on this “Cure All” fasting regimen.

A man by the name of Stanley Burroughs created the master cleans over 40 years ago to help treat ulcers but found out that this phenomenal cleanse did a whole lot more.

The master cleanse detoxifies the body while it stimulates healthy tissue growth, so basically it scrubs, renews, and rejuvenates every single cell of every organ in your body! Fasting to lose weight does have its advantages.

-While fasting you MUST drink either sea salt with water or an herbal laxative tea 2x’s a day.  Your body is going to start getting rid  of all types of fatty tissue and alot of other stuff that has  been stuck inside of you for many, many years and you have  to have a way to get it out. Remember, your not eating so you have to get rid of this waste somehow.

*Lemons are one of the best sources of vitamins and minerals and help to break up and get rid of mucus in the body.

*Maple Syrup Grade B has positive and negative sugars and contain loads of minerals and vitamins such as: potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine and silicon. Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, nicotinic acid and pantothenic acid.

Day 1-3, a lot of people say (including myself) that getting past the first three days was the hardest part, but everyone is different. You may or may not experience, some fatigue, aches, irritability, and nausea.

You may also have an urge to eat food but DO NOT DO IT!! Just drink more of the lemonade mix when ever you feel a need to eat. It helps with appetite control.

If you can get past the first 1-3 days without eating then you will make it to the 10th day or however many days you would like to detox. You won’t even have a need or want to eat. Some people have been know to stay on the cleanse for up to a full month!  The master cleans is definitely in my opinion one of the best detox and weight lose programs out today.

Do You Know What to Eat to Lose Weight – Or What Not to Eat to Lose Weight?

Do you have the following ideas of taking diets when trying to lose weight?

*I should not eat too much carohydrates.

*I should cut out all the fats.

* I should eat less everyday.

Many people do not understand what to eat to lose weight. They think that in order to lose weight they must take extreme measures to do so. Sadly, the only thing extreme measures do in most cases is cause the person to fail. The good news is that there are simple changes you can make in your diet that will lead to weight loss in a much healthier way. A person who loses weight by eating healthy instead of taking extreme measures will most likely keep that weight off longer than a person who loses weight through extremes.

We all know that what we put in our mouths directly affects our weight, and therefore our health. If we want to lose weight the healthy way, we have to learn to eat a sensible diet with a balance of food groups such as fat, protein and carbs.

For the same reason, you must eat a balanced diet that will fill your body with the vitamins and minerals it needs. It is unwise to cut out complete food groups from our diets. This type of dieting usually does not lead to prolonged weight loss and can actually hurt our health rather than help our bodies become healthier.

With the South Beach and Atkins trends in the past several years, many potential dieters are under the assumption that in order to lose weight, they must cut out all carbohydrates. In reality, it is the type of carbohydrate you eat that makes a difference. While simple carbohydrates such as sugar and white flour can spike the body’s blood sugar levels and leave the dieter feeling lethargic, complex carbohydrates give our bodies its energy. Consuming whole grains is an excellent way to consume carbohydrates that benefit our bodies.

The same rules apply to fats. The truth about fat is that our bodies actually need it in order to survive. The key is eating good fats such as nuts, olive oil and flax seed instead of animal fats.

By doing simple things such as reading food labels before dec iding what to eat to lose weight can make a huge difference in the amount of calories a person eats in a day. Many foods have hidden calories in them that you may not even realize your are consuming them if you do not read the labels.

What to eat to lose weight is a question many of us have. There are foods that are healthier for us than others, and if eaten in moderation, can help us lose weight.
